When we arrived at 3 pm to check-in the hotel was overbooked.
We had to wait 3 and 7 hours after check-in until we got the rooms we had booked.
That is simply not acceptable. We were given a cup of tea as compensation.
It ruined our entire experience of your beautiful hotel."

The most annoying thing that hotel located in very hight trafic area ,så we waste alot of time when we go out in a tur and back to hotel
The wood floor in rooms unfortunatly wasnt so clean and they didnt try to clean it through our settelment otherwise all was perfect "

Einzige "nachteil" wäre : die strecken gehen manchmal sehr steil hoch und runter aber das hat man überall in istanbul .

"We were tired of being in the city center and needed a calm place to be before heading home. This hotel has an amazing view from the restaurant ! Everything was nice and clean and service great. "
"Very good value for money. The hotel is small and cute, so are the rooms, but has everything you need including helpful staff. The area seemed a bit sketchy at first sight, with a lot of local men sitting outside the neighbor tea house, but all were nice and friendly and there were no problem with noise from the street. Everything you need is I'm walking distance from the hotel and night connections with public transportating. We will be happy to stay here again."

"Hyggeligt hotel midt i den gamle bydel tæt på seværdigheder. Fantastisk udsigt fra restauranten på 6. Sal med udsigt over hele byen og vandet. Morgenmaden var ikke helt på niveau med et godt hotel i Vesteuropa og hotellet var lidt lydt. Men vi nød opholdet "

"We spent one night at Triada hotel, where we arrived in the evening and we were welcomed in the reception with an easy check in and easy payment. There was a guy that helped us with our luggage too. One weird thing was that the hotel was separated in 3 buildings so we were escorted over to another building closer to the walking street and guided up to the 6th floor in the building with elevator. The room was cute and had an antique aesthetic. The view was beautiful of a church just next door. We could not hear any noise from the streets.
I was especially surprised over how big the bathroom was and how clean it was too.
Breakfast in the morning was also in another building on the top floor. Great breakfast - no complaints. It does not present a luxurious breakfast but it is a good breakfast for sure.
I would definitely not mind staying at Triada hotel again."
"Der var virkelig rent og pænt, meget god service hos personalet. Havde min 3 årige med som os måtte komme i spa området og de gjorde enormt meget for at hun havde et godt ophold med bamser, tegne-krea ting og pandekager formet som forskellige dyr hver morgen. Hun havde en fantastisk oplevelse og det havde vi voksne os. Det ligger nær et shopping område der hedder Taksim også lå det godt ift. de forretningsbesøg vi skulle på."
