Villaer i Favignana

"Our family of 3 had booked 3 weeks on Camaro Favignana with our small baby. Initially we reached out (months!) in advance to get certainty that a baby-cot would be available. We could not get in contact with the hotel in any way, not via whatsapp or the number listed on Camaros own website, email, nothing worked. We asked hotels.com to get in contact with Camaro, but they were not able to reach them either. Hotel itself was quite good and the apartment as well. Nice comfy apartment with enough space. Cleaning was forgotten 4-5 times during our stay, and they never clean the balcony which would have been appreciated. It was hard to be certain there would be staff at the hotel during the day, and most times when we wanted to purchase drinks/coffee at the pool bar, the pool bar was open but no staff to be seen anywhere. Pool was nice and clean and transfer from the harbor to the hotel worked well and it was a nice service from the hotel. Last day was strange as the hotel was closing down which felt unprofessional as there were still guests staying. The pool area was packed away and no cleaning was done and staff was blasting music. "

"This was without a doubt the worst hotel stay we have ever experienced. Despite being half Italian and speaking the language, our experience was abysmal. This hotel will continuously try to scam you and take your money. You are obligated to pay €100 for access to the pool club, and this is only the entrance fee. You have to pay an additional €5 for a new towel every day. We brought our dog, which cost about €30 per night, yet dogs are not allowed anywhere on the premises, making the high fee unjustified. Furthermore, the staff lacks any sense of service. They are unhelpful and very rude. The buffet is a complete scam, charging €30 per person for some pasta. Overall, while the location is good, you can expect terrible service, constant attempts to scam you, rude staff, and bad food. I could not recommend this hotel at all. I have stayed at five-star hotels that were cheaper and provided far better service."

"Vores ophold var virkelig skønt! Vi brugte både pool, havadgang og padel. Det eneste var at restauranten på hotellet havde svingende kvalitet og håndklæder altid blev skiftet. Der ville det være rart, hvis der blev differentieret mellem om de hang og gæsten vil genbruge eller hvis de bliver smidt på gulvet, at gæsten ønsker dem skiftet."
