Enjoy some of the best Caribbean snorkeling right off your backyard. It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or advanced snorkeler. It goes from a couple of feet of depth to about 35 feet deep. You will find living reefs and a large variety of sea life that you’d normally need to go several miles out on a boat to see. It truly feels like swimming in your own Caribbean aquarium – there’s nothing like it! Just put on swim goggles or a mask and snorkel and feel that blood pressure go down. Remember, there is no lifeguard on duty.

This home is just absolutely lovely! We loved everything about it! Some days the ocean was very calm. We were out swimming in it with a few water toys other days the ocean had big waves, and my son body surfed. Our host was incredibly responsive and did an excellent job if you’ve seen the pictures-there’s no I involved the place looks identical and it’s just beautiful!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Seaclusion. There were 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 teens. When asked about their favorite beaches my son said the beach at the house! We body surfed out front most days. The AC felt a little weak but I think it was the high temps combined with the sun shining through the windows. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and laundry and having laundry was essential with all the swimming. We will be staying again.

Best house for the money in Exuma!

We have been to Exuma 8 times, and this home is the best deal for the money that we have found. Luxury at a super smart price point. Gorgeous views, great beach, clean, well-equipped for cooking, games for the kids, super comfortable beds, awesome host, no issues. We will 100% be back!

We had a great week at Villa Seaclusion. The house is awesome, the view is specular!! Abby our contact was outstanding before during and after. I cannot say enough about her fast responses, excellent communication and ability to handle any situtation. I would highly reccomend this property.

Great View!

Our group enjoyed our stay at Villa Seaclusion. The house was great. Beds were comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed, even eggs and bread in the refrigerator when we arrived. Not complaints just observations, the road to the house is rough. Make sure you look for the Villa Seaclusion sign on the right after you pass the Blue auto repair shop. The internet was out all week, Abby let us know that it was a provider problem. There isn't any beach in front of the house, but there is one to the right. You just have to navigate some coral to get there. Would have been nice to have some beach chairs to take down to the beach. Definitely would recommend this house.

Beautiful beaches, home needs some attention

The home itself is beautiful, and the location is peaceful, though access requires driving on a bumpy dirt road. This didn't bother us in the least, just giving you a heads up. While the home shows normal wear and tear and was not as clean as I would have hoped, we noticed some more pressing issues. The laundry room had items scattered and broken in the corner, including rusty beach chairs that were unusable. The wood slats on our bed were broken, causing a large dip that we rolled into each other all night. We fixed it ourselves—no big deal. However, we noticed yellow stains on the mattresses in our room, as did our friends in theirs.A major issue was the water heater. Every time someone showered, the fuse would blow, resulting in cold water until it was reset—this happened every single time. We had no water for over 16 hours from a broken pipe. We were unable to shower, flush toilets, or wash dishes. A man delivered 20 gallons of non-drinking water, but this was far from sufficient. No compensation was offered, even though we had to cancel dinner reservations because we couldn’t get ready. We reached out to the host and had no communication for over 8 hours. The ocean view is stunning, but the waters are unswimmable due to a dangerously strong current. Additionally, the room with the bunk beds has a fan directly above the top bunk, which is a serious safety hazard. One of our kids sat up in bed, hit the fan, and had to have his head glued shut due to the injury.The mo

Beautiful home

My group of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at Seaclusion. The house and property is beautiful, clean and has gorgeous views from every room! The beds are new and comfortable. Kitchen is clean and fully stocked with all the supplies you need. Outdoor seating is very nice to sit and watch nature. Showers are large and beautifully tiled. That all being said, there were a few issues. The hot water heater stopped working halfway through the week. We notified the agent, but it was not fixed while we were there. The TVs did turn on but could not access any shows, live or otherwise. There were fire sticks on each one, but no matter how hard we tried, we couldn’t get them to work. The beach was the other issue. Beautiful to look at, but not to swim in. Very rough waters on this stretch of beach. At first we thought it was the weather and wind? But as we traveled around the island other beaches were calm and very swimmable. We were disappointed with this, but that just caused us to drive around and see the rest of the island.

Family Time

We loved our stay in Exuma. The house has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable and the views are amazing. We found great snorkeling right off the beach in front of the house. The water access is under repair but we had no trouble climbing over the rocks to the beach.

Paradise!

Seaclusion was AMAZING!!! We loved the location and the gorgeous views! The house was very well stocked with everything you need. We liked that there were beach chairs, coolers, floats and so many other things available for us to us, especially when we traveled to other beaches for the day. We also loved that there was plenty of room for 2 families with 4 kids total. We were able to explore Exuma during the day and enjoy the house in the evenings. Some potential “dealbreakers” for pickier travelers might be: the steps to the beach have washed away, therefore for small children or elderly it might be tricky getting to the beach/water. It was absolutely NOT a problem for us. For those that like to sleep in the bedrooms have sheer curtains, so the sun will wake you up. However, we enjoyed the beautiful sunrises/ocean view from our bed. The island has lots of biting bugs but we are from NC and can handle bugs…just bring spray!! It was a treat that we got to visit this beautiful home!! I promise you that you’ll love everything about it! We would love to come back again! Thank you Abby for sharing your home, we are now ready to move to Exuma!!

Another wonderful stay at Seaclusion

This was our second time at Villa Seaclusion. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up watching the sun rise above the ocean is special. The house is tucked away and you enjoy full privacy with just a few homes on this particular stretch. It’s like a private beach. The house has everything you need. It is fully stocked. Check in and check out was easy.

Comfortable and Charming

Seaclusion is a wonderful home. On this trip we had 9 adults. Some of us first met in Miami waiting for our flight and this home gave us all the room and space we could need. Every room has an amazing view, comfortable beds and linens and the whole house is decorated “peacefully”. We have been to Exuma several times and have stayed in several properties, each having their own special attributes. Seaclusion is perfection when it comes to comfort and relaxation both inside and out. Please, please, please remember you are on an island. You are beach front. The very things you came for are things that should add to your stay not take away. Part of the deck washes away? The Ocean has her own mind. She’s magnificently powerful. Cold shower? What shower? Ocean! If you have an issue that is fixable, it will be addressed immediately. And if you don’t enjoy Seaclusion then perhaps Exuma is not for you. Relax

Another Great Stay

Second time staying here and it really is a magical house. Well equipped and comfortable with anything we needed. We had some minor issues during our stay and Abby was extremely helpful and responsive. The high tides in Exuma over the last couple years have affected the beach area and the dock to get down to the beach but you still have beach access. All in all it’s an incredible property in a beautiful part of Exuma.

Wouldn’t stay again.

We rented multiple properties and this was the worst service we’ve gotten. Our other properties met us at the airport to show us how to get to our homes, while we could barely even get a response from Abby on where to find the property. Once she did respond after we spent a very long time looking for the house her response to us was simply “I don’t usually have persons not finding SeaClusion.” No helping us get directions, nothing. Finally once we arrived to the property it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Floors were dirty, and countertops still had hair and all kinds of stuff on it. Disappointed overall.

OMGEEEEE!!! So gorgeous!

Our stay at Villa SeaClusion was amazing! The location is insane- right on the last part of beach with absolutely stunning views!! The deck was such a nice place to hang out in the evening/morning. The house itself is so spacious, bright and airy. The floor to ceiling sliders were so amazing so that we could always see the beautiful ocean. The decor is calming and charming-it’s as if I had designed/decorated that home myself! Abby was responsive and kind. Overall, amazing stay and we would definitely stay there again!!

Great beach

Beautiful house with great Wi-Fi and great air conditioning. The back deck is wonderful and the steps down to the beach have been rebuilt and are perfect. When we were there, the beach was wide with plenty of sand. The water was calm and beautiful. The kitchen is gourmet and well stocked. We had plenty of room for four adults and five teenagers/children. Just keep in mind that the bedroom curtains in the master bedrooms are sheer. Also, There are only two hooks for towel holders in the bathrooms, so I advise to bring a portable clothesline to hang up wet bathing suits and towels. The temperature on the hot water heater could be turned up a little bit. Even when letting the water run for a while, it never got very hot.

A group of 4 couples rented Villa SeaClusion. The house is stunning and the beach, right in front, is as beautiful as any beach we saw in Exuma. We swam and snorkeled in the beautiful azure water almost daily. I hadn’t read much about the beach is front so I was a little worried. But, it is wonderful.I would highly recommend this rental. The only negative I have to say is I would suggest more hooks to hang clothes on since there are no closets. However, I would definitely rent this lovely house again!

Excellent - heaven on earth !

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Seaclusion. Everything is perfect and exactly as seen in the pictures. The booking process was easy, the communication with Abby was great and the check in process was a breeze. We had one small issue with the air-condition but Abby send someone the same day to have it fixed. The location of the house is fantastic. We love Farmer's Hill since it is very close to Cocoplum Beach, a quick drive from the airport and easy to get to George Town. The beach in front of the house comes and goes with the tides and winds. With that said, there might be incredible days to go swimming and snorkeling and/or it can be too rough to enter. This is not a beach for inexperienced ocean swimmers though. The day we left they fixed the stairs which lead to the beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We ended up cooking a lot since restaurants are limited on the island and the kitchen is supplied with everything you can possibly think of. We enjoyed the spacious patio and the deck. We rented a car for the stay but the roads are rough in certain areas. We are definitely coming back and we can not wait to wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.
