"2 of the beds in Master bedroom, the legs were broken and unsafe to sleep on. When I complained "

"The house is very spacious, just as described, and matches the pictures. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is well-maintained. We felt very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and even a mid-stay cleaning was offered."

"All correspondence appears to be AI generated. The hall upstairs was reasonably ok. Bedroom door was disgusting dirty on both sides. Room had a sink with no hotwater. The toilet and shower were shared with other rooms. The shower and sink in the shower room had no hot water. I contacted the AI mobile number and complained several times with no solution. "Comfortable family friendly home. "

"Everything was lovely. Bedrooms were so cozy. The host answered every question really well (I asked a lot). Honestly such a lovely place to stay. I loved that every room had a bathroom and that there was anything you could need in the kitchen. Honestly amazing. "
