"This is a good hotel, great service from hotel desk in general. Friendly service at the hotel restaurant and bar. The room cleaning was very good and thorough. Location was fine and pretty close to most sightseeing sites. The room nice, and installations high quality. The bellboys were really friendly and showed high customer care - excellent service! All in all a nice hotel in Chicago!"

"God beliggenhed og ok hotel"

"No possibility for parking just to drop of luggage. This is uncomfortable and unsafe. "

"Fine stay. Convenient location close to the center. Friendly staff"

"This property was a home away from home. It was a perfect studio apartment with all the amenities. Perfect spot if you’re in the business district and Union Station is one block up!"
