"Nice property with amazing AC. Everything was ready and clean when we checked in. The property needs a little fixing. The freezer wouldn't keep ice cold, it kept melting. The sliding door needs to be repaired and the dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinets.. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and essentials needed but we had to go buy salt and pepper, sugar, all spiced. Maybe it is a Cape Cod thing not to have those in the unit since COVID, not sure. "Property was just as listed. Good location close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great back deck with nice breeze. The grill was out of propane which we filled. Grill needs to be cleaned out of burnt residue. We had to call to get wi fi access. All in all it is a great spot to vacation. Problems were minor and easy to resolve. "We came to Falmouth for my sister's wedding and Des's place was perfect for me and my family. There was plenty of space and linens for everyone. The kids enjoyed the games provided. I wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities like bikes, beach gear, and outdoors space! My only suggestion would be to upgraded to keypad entry--although that would take away some of the charm of the older doors. We hope to visit again!"

The hosts were kind in all their communications. I was able to figure out several sweet bike ride loops that included beautiful coastal sights, quiet bike baths and a swim to cool off.
