"The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. The other problem was noise from the construction next door. They really should have communicated that on the Expedia site . From early morning at 7am there was construction...

"We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. "We were very pleased upon arrival, the home was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The check in was easy. Loved how spacious the layout of the home is and the downstairs was perfect for my in-laws. The couches were very comfortable & the backyard was very nice, private, and peaceful. We enjoyed being out there most of the time. Nice comfortable patio furniture and fire place. It was a bonus being able to bring our two dogs who absolutely loved their vacation playing in the fenced in area....
