"The place was great! The beds were very comfortable. The house was very well appointed and clean. Keep in mind, this is a duplex. While you have the home to yourself, the walls are thin. The market across the street was an added bonus. It is close proximity to the bike path. "

"We spent a fun-filled girls' weekend in Falmouth and had a wonderful time! This charming house was nestled among larger, newer homes in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from a beautiful beach. There was easy access into the house and plenty of parking in the driveway. We took daily walks on Surf Drive along the same street that the Falmouth Road Race uses each year, right along the beach. "Second time staying here. The property is older and could use some updating, but beds are comfy and the shower is on the newer side and works well. The location is the draw. Close to beaches and short walk/drive to the 2 oceanfront restaurants in the immediate area. Paula is quick to respond to questions or concerns. We had a great stay and even added an additional night when we weeent ready to leave yet!"

Kitchen was well equipped with great appliances. "The house is perfectly located and excellent for a family beach vacation. The beach is a short walk away, and the shops are a short drive. Can easily hold 6 adults. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Thos property is an old world charmer. There a 5 bedrooms each can sleep 2 people. There is a descrepancy in the number of bathrooms. There are 2 complete bathrooms, one on each floor. There is no lock on the upstairs bath, so eastblish a must k ocl policy early on. The covered side porch offers a delightful morning coffe and evening cocktail retreat.
