The heart of the home is the impressive open-plan living and dining space, featuring a vaulted ceiling with exposed wooden beams, roof light, and large patio doors that flood the room with natural light. From here you can step straight out onto the terrace to enjoy the far-reaching harbour and town views. It's a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the boats in the distance. ⛵
The modern kitchen sits just off the living area and is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with everything you need for relaxed dining at home.

Top Deck is located on Berkeley Path, a quiet lane just above Falmouth town centre. The property is easily reached by car and benefits from private off-street parking directly outside. 🚗
There are two allocated parking spaces, suitable for two medium-sized cars, or one larger vehicle and one smaller car if required.
Berkeley Path is a narrow residential lane, so we recommend approaching slowly when arriving. Access to the property is via a small entrance gate leading to the courtyard and front door.
Guests can check in independently using the secure lockbox located on the post just inside the gate near the parking area. 🔑

Falmouth Town Station is also nearby and provides the same connection along the Maritime Line.
From either station, guests can walk into the town centre or take a short taxi ride to the property.
