"We enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly and the resort was very clean. The only downside was when we checked into our room the TV did not work so they had to change it out into a new tv. Also, during our stay our power kept randomly going out inside our room. It didn’t last long, but it constantly randomly kept happening during all times of the day. I would also suggest more food options if everything is going to close at the same time during the day or night. We asked about a snack bar...

"When I first booked this hotel, it was specifically advertised as an all-inclusive resort. I usually choose non-all-inclusive hotels because I enjoy exploring and trying authentic local food outside the resort. However, this time, I decided to do something different, so I was shocked to learn at check-in that the hotel was not all-inclusive as advertised.
This completely disrupted my plans, and I had to change my entire itinerary to find restaurants and make new dinner arrangements. Only...

"Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine."

"Kingsbird is an excellent place to stay. Once you get there, you are welcomed as if you were family, and treated as such throughout you stay; Natalie, KIngsley and Natalia were wonderful Hosts.
They greet you with beautiful smiles every time they see you, always ensuring that you are OK and in need of nothing. They are knowledgeable locally, so anything you need done, they can "hook you up"; will stay with them next time I visit Jamaica. Thanks for the hospitality!

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience!
From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER!
I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches.
