"We had a lovely stay at This location. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was clean. Clean sheets. Lots of bugs and spiders but clean otherwise. Having to pay extra to heat the pool wasn’t the best when the listing shows heated pool however it was okay. I would definitely go back!!! "

"We recently spent a couple nights at the Townplace suites in Niagara Falls. A beautiful clean suite. So nice to have the regular size fridge, sink, stove top, dishes etc… It was a very comfortable stay. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. They always took the time to say hello with a smile. The front desk staff were amazing. So pleasant and helpful. A special shout-out to Alexander P. of the front desk. He always had a greeting and a smile on his face. Alexander was so helpful...

"Right at the foot of Clifton Hill, it offers a lot of options for families/vacationers. Great views of both falls and the nightly fireworks. The buffet breakfast upgrade was well worth the cost. All of the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating."
