"The host were very communicative, which was nice. The area the rental was located had a married college dorm vibe to it. Wasn't horrible, but the conditions of the apartments noticably deteriorated as you drove through the area. The upgrades made in the facility were nice. Not all of the flooring was complete, and the unit certainly wasn't overly clean as we found left over hair in the shower, the bath towels weren't folded nicely, and there were some big dust bunnies laying around. "For the price, this was a great place to stay. We didn't have any problems. The reservation process was seamless. The check-in was quick and the staff was most accommodating when we asked for extra towels. I loved that the room was on the first floor and we did not have to deal with the elevators.
