"My daughter, her friend, and I had a very comfortable stay in this cute little house. It was only minutes from the USA campus, which was convenient for us. Our host was very pleasant and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going well and we had everything we needed. I am already looking forward to returning for another visit, and hope we will be able to book this property again. "

"Yes , very pet welcoming and lots of room outside to potty and play. Even a dog bowl out and a dog bed in the closet which we did not need cuz our pets sleep in crates. Loved everything about the place Something for me personal was the overpowering smell of the glade plug in’s but that’s not a negative. Beach towels, water toys, plenty of bath towels, very ample cooking supplies. A delicious box of cupcakes waiting in the fridge for us. Plenty of comfortable seating at the end of the day. We would love to stay there again. Thankful for the hospitality!"

"We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Very large comfortable house. Accommodated all 10 of my family. Plenty of room without over crowding. Wonderful hostess to deal with. We have no complaints and will use them again. "
