"This was by far the best bnb I have stayed in USA. I usually don’t write reviews but this one was amazing. 1. Very clean 2. Kitchen extremely well stacked 3. All the amenities were working. Very good location. Place to park car. Everything you will need (restaurant, Walmart, etc is a short drive). Loved it."

"Overall I really loved this property. It was clean, the washer/dryer was very convenient. It had a coffee maker along with other appliances. The welcome snacks were also very convenient especially after a long trip. Communication was great and wifi worked very well. I would definitely recommend and return to this property."

"Lovely place needing two specific repairs/adjustments:1) Despite the thermostat saying it was off, the heat was on all night. It made it uncomfortably hot in the upstairs bedroom. 2) The sleeper sofa mattress is really bad and our daughter opted to just sleep on the couch. The sofa mattress should be replaced or not listed as a bed. "

"Beautiful home that was perfect for a couple or small family. The home was spotless and had more than enough things we needed during our stay. If we ever come back to Fairbanks, we'll be staying here again. "

"What little was available in the kitchen and bathroom were covered in grime and biofilm. We personally cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom (to the best of our ability with our limited supplies) upon arrival. We would have cleaned the floor had the mop not been visibly unusable. We resorted instead to a "the floor is lava" policy and sacrificed a pair of socks apiece.Jeff was very responsive, and accommodating to our late check-out request.
