"Everything was nice, orderly, and clean. It was great having access to a washer and dryer, especially with kids. The shower head and water pressure were fantastic, which is nice after long days of walking. Even though we never met the host they were very nice and communicated with us quickly if we had any questions, especially when trying to figure out how to get to and from NYC and NJ. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down. "Location was convenient to the 125th St subway station, which made getting around very easy. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby so you'll have no problem finding someplace to eat, or something to cook at home if you prefer. The brownstone itself is lovely and well-maintained on a block full of similarly charming homes. We had a great time and would stay here again."
