"Everything we hoped it would be and more. Friendly, very helpful staff and fantastic food and service which started before we arrived. The views across the Exe are stunning and the extensive grounds beautifully kept. We plan to come back next summer so we can use the beautiful pool and croquet lawn. The tea/coffee/hot chocolate area on each floor rather than in rooms gave more variety, better quality and the refillable water bottle in the room to use for the filtered water at the refreshment station was excellent.

"Lady that checked us in was lovely, real asset to the hotel. Looked after us at all points of our stay from reception to bar drinks and breakfast, she was amazing.

"Although the hotel was short staffed due to the Indian plane crash the owners had to go back to India due to relatives on the flight, we were very welcomed and looked after. The rooms and the communal areas were kept very clean. We would go back again next time we were in Exmouth."

Not much difference except we had a balcony, staff were nicer and more helpful and was cheaper to stay and park. Would definitely stay again. The hotel is pet friendly so there were some people staying with their dogs. We didn’t mind."

"Ældre hotel, som bar præg af flere års brug, slitage. morgenmad ok. receptionist som modtog os i receptionen var yderst venlig og imødekommende. Heldigvis startede de opvarmning af hotellet efter forespørgsel, da hotelværelset var ekstrem koldt. Små værelser, lidt nusset, og vinduer med mos på, med en udsigt fint var fin…"
