"Staff were great, I appreciated the discretionary early check-in, cleaners were great, bed comfy, very spacious, lots of storage in the bedroom, location is perfect but there are some basics that need sorting out. In as much as the aparthotel looks nice, the construction quality is poor... there are noticeable gaps on the window frame leading to noise disturbance from outside, the shower is not very hot, the faucet in the sink gives oui warm rather than hot and they both take forever to get to...

When I informed them that I had booked on hotels.com, they said that's not possible since they had stopped doing all online bookings a year earlier. "The best part of this hotel is the staff. I was there for almost 3 weeks and the staff is so incredible kind and caring. They are the gem of this place. The hotel itself is pretty standard. They have everything you need including a very lovely spa and 2 restaurants. It gets a bit loud on the weekends because of the live music in the downstairs bar so if you are sensitive to sound, I recommend getting a room on the left side of the building - towards Bole road and away from the parking lot and bar area. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Addis."
