This property was clean and overwhelming beautiful! The space was wonderful for our 10guests and it made for a wonderful 40th birthday celebration for my husband! Close to everything and beautiful hikes close by!

This house is beautiful! Lots of room to enjoy time together and apart. The most beautiful views of the mountains and Christmas lights of downtown Estes. Loved our stay in the best house ever for our large family.

Great Vacation

What a great home and location. Close to downtown Estes and RMNP. Beautiful accommodations and we really enjoyed our stay. Seeing elk in the yard each morning was a bonus. If you are looking for a family or friends vacation home in Estes, look no further.

This was such an enjoyable stay. A group of 14 family members stayed in this beautiful spacious house. Everyone was happy. The home is surrounded by beautiful views, there are so many games and activities for everyone young and old. The home is conveniently located to many attractions. I loved our stay.

Perfect wedding week

Stayed for the week. There were 11 of us and it couldnt have been more perfect. A very well appointed home with a spectacular view. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Best trip to Estes Park ever.

This was the best place weve ever stayed! The views were spectacular! We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our children. Well designed house. Tastefully decorated..all kinds of activities in game room. Close to town but not noisy. Would love to come back in future. Cant say enough how wonderful this place was and the owners.

Great location!

The layout was great. Plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would ever want. Really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and the pool and shuffle board table made for fun tournaments in the evenings! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful vacation rental!

The house is lovely! It was perfect for our group of 16, including 4 young children and 2 teenagers, and 4 senior citizens. It is well appointed and in a great location. The views are spectacular! Jesse was very helpful and responsive prior to and during our stay. The only issue is that the carpet - mainly on the stairs - was worn and stained. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Such a Beautiful Home!

This home hosted me and my husbands family for our elopement in Rocky Mountain National Park. It is in a great location with BEAUTIFUL views of the mountains. The home is very well kept up and creates such a beautiful setting. The master bedroom was our favorite, views through all windows and such a nice bathroom! Highly recommended!!!

Anniversary Trip

The property is beautiful and beautifully located. It is a bit tired and a few windows didn't operate correctly, the carpet could use a good cleaning and the kitchen is not as well stocked with plates, etc as you would expect for a house this size. But the house is set up wonderfully and the management company couldn't have been more helpful when we did encounter a problem. We loved our stay and would stay again!

Mountain Retreat

We loved the home! So spacious for our family of 14. Lots of room to spread out in the house. We loved that we could walk down the street to the lake. We loved the closeness to downtown and grocery shopping. We loved the communication with the staff. We loved all the towels and soaps and laundry detergent available for us to use. Ron was a dream host and the place was better than the photos

Ron was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. Check in and out process was seamless and organized. They don't require you to do bedding to checkout which was nice because some have a huge cleaning checklist and charge a huge cleaning fee but not Ron! It was basically just like start the dishwasher. The views were amazing and the hot tub was nice to have so close! 100% will stay here again!

Very nice.

This house was very spacious for our group of 15 people and had a spectacular view of the mountains. It was very clean and had a well stocked/equipped kitchen. It was nice to have a working hot tub that both kids and adults could enjoy. The pool and shuffle board tables were a big hit. A highlight was seeing two herds of Elk pass through the back yard. The management was quick to respond to any questions, and easy to work with.I have already recommended to friends that it’s a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect home for our Estes Park Vacay

This home was beautiful and the perfect place for our family trip to Colorado. The location was great…close to everything we needed and the views of the mountains were amazing! It provided us with enough room to spread out but was also cozy enough for family meals and game nights. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with lots of essentials, which was so helpful! The kids had plenty of games, toys and activities in the home to keep them entertained when we weren’t out hiking in RMNP or walking around nearby Lake Estes. Communication was great. And honestly, the only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer to fully enjoy everything the hosts provided in and outside of the home. We cannot say enough about this property! We had an incredible trip!

Awesome Getaway!!

My family of 14 arrived the day after Christmas and we had the best week in the best house! There is nothing this house doesn't have. If I had to choose something it would be more towels, we had to wash towels everyday, but it wasn't a big deal. Every pot, pan, appliance you need is there. We were able to spread out and not be on top of each other. Will definately be back!

Wedding venue

We had a group of 12 stay at this VRBO for a destination/elopement wedding. Location was great, house had lots of extra rooms that we didn’t even use (formal dining) large hang living room in basement with 2 different tables for playing games, pool table etc. we spent most of our time in the kitchen, eat in dining area, which was great. We did not do any cooking really but seemed to have everything you need for that. We thought we would be cramped for bathroom space but it worked out just fine. Beautiful views off back deck, elk in the yard first morning we were there, which was awesome to see. Excellent location, great walking trail that goes all the way around the lake.

Family reunion

We really enjoyed our time at the “big house”, this is what the kids in the group called it. Highlights were the accessibility to the lake- we took walks down to the water daily, the wandering elk and the hot tub ( the water temperature was super hot! Probably would be good to knock it down a few degrees). We were bummed that the only outdoor seating available was a small amount on the deck. We were looking forward to eating our meals together outside. There were two outdoor patio platforms that were empty of furniture. Instead of eating together, we had to spread out- some inside and some out. Overall, we really enjoyed being at the house!

We were more than impressed with this home and site! It would be hard for photographs to do it justice. The view of Rocky Mountain Park was spectacular, we found ourselves spending time on the deck and at the kitchen table enjoying the view when we weren't out and about. The shuffleboard game became a typical gathering area and we decided to have a tournament which was great fun! The pool table got a good work out by our grandchildren and their grandpa as well. The spaciousness of the home allowed for anyone to find a quiet place to get away, and the short access to the lake with the path around it was used daily. The consensus by all, was that we would definitely want to come back for another gathering in this comfortable home. We found it to be a beautiful place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and make lasting memories. Many thanks to the property manager who was congenial and friendly!
