"Very close to downtown I had 3 teenagers with me and they were able to walk down anytime to shop or get coffee. Still very close to both RMNP entrances also. The house was stocked with everything we needed."

It did not begin to cool off until midnight, and the fact that the windows cannot be left open until tenants arrive contributes to the problem. Further, it is not a safe situation for single women, which thankfully we did have a grown man in our party. "This property is perfect for getting to Estes Park and RMNP without being crowded in by other visitors. The hot tub was a great way to end the day and the house was very nice. We visited in July during a heat wave and there is no AC in the house, which made it somewhat warm even with the windows open at night. I don't think many properties in this area have it and it was still very enjoyable."
