From the moment you arrive, a sense of peace washes over you as you stroll down the welcoming path to your home-away-from-home. The first of three outdoor patios greets you, offering the perfect spot to breathe in the crisp mountain air with your morning coffee or evening wine.



Step inside and be embraced by the bold, rustic charm of the open-concept great room, complete with a warm gas fireplace, soaring beamed ceilings, rich hardwood floors, and oversized windows that flood the space with natural light. Sink into the stylish mountain-chic furnishings and stream your favorite movies on the large flat-screen TV (streaming only), or curl up with a good book as snowflakes drift outside.

* Like most homes in our beautiful mountain town, this home does not have central air conditioning. Instead, enjoy the refreshing mountain breezes by opening the windows and screen doors, and take advantage of the provided ceiling and floor fans to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.

* This property has a single camera that scans the driveway and entryway for added property/guest security.

* Winter Months Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, weather is extremely unpredictable in Estes Park. We strongly advise that guests use a 4WD or AWD vehicle to reach this property. All neighborhood roads and the driveway are non-paved, with a few steep sections, so if the weather does not cooperate, the appropriate vehicle is needed to safely ascend.
