"Very nice house in a quiet sport just east of the Naples area. Newly built guest house with everything you need (except maybe a dishwasher :-) Beautiful decorating and very quiet at night. Just what we needed..!"

"The cottage was charming,extremely clean and well equipped. The short walk to a gorgeous beach and to town make this property ideal. It was so lovely we chose to cook and eat in. There was a 24/7 hum from a large generator at a construction site across the street but the owner extended a discount to compensate for any detractor. I’m so happy that we discovered this gem and hope to come back soon. "

"Everything was great, clean, newly remodeled, had everything we needed for our stay. It was especially helpful to have quality pots and pans and other appliances such as a blender and microwave. Laundry is free and on site, huge bonus. Beach is just a few minutes away, we walked but you can bike or park in the designated parking lot with the pass provided. Will come again!"
