Accommodation:
Our spacious apartment spans 63 square meters and is situated on the second floor. Thanks to important points of interest nearby, such as the Essen Trade Fair, the University Hospital, and the Rüttenscheider Stern, you are always in the center of the action.

The apartment features a generous living area with a cozy sofa bed, a 55-inch Smart TV with complimentary Netflix account, and a high-quality soundbar for your entertainment. The conservatory offers a quiet workspace with a desk, perfect for relaxed work or study.

For a restful night, a king-size bed is available in the bedroom. Additionally, we provide you with a private parking space so you don't have to worry about your vehicle.

Guest access:
All guests have access to all facilities within the apartment throughout their stay.

Additional important information:
To make arrival as pleasant and stress-free as possible, we offer our guests self-check-in via electronic door lock. Further information is provided in the guest folder, which is sent to the guest via email after successful booking. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that we have installed a decibel meter in our apartment. Just as we consider it our duty to provide our guests with a pleasant stay, we consider it our duty towards the other residents of the building to preserve peace and quiet as much as possible. Through this measure, we are able to actively counteract the hosting of parties or similar noise disturbances. We can assure you that this device has been installed solely for the purpose of measuring noise levels and is not capable of recording conversations or anything similar.
