"We felt like home away from home it was clean surrounded by beautiful scenery all the lakes como key sites not very far Every time we messaged the hotel response was straight away during stay and before check in Beautiful balcony and garden with sitting area with kids friendly toys and spaces in the garden We will be back"

"The staff and the location was super nice, but there are so many rules that you don’t see when you book. You have to sign a lot of paperwork to stay pay a deposit in EUR at one exchange rate and get the deposit returned at another exchange rate - I feared that there would be no sun beds available, but actually none where used even though it was fully booked - as you where not allowed to bring any water, drinks or anything to the hotel, and the drinks where so expensive no used the pool. All in...

"amazing and personal service. Great location - so central - quiet appartment. All was great "

"If you look at the pictures advertised there was a lack of honesty. The pictures advertised that every room would have a beautiful view of the mountain. This was not the case, our view was of the backyard where there were a bunch or run down items. The WiFi did not work and when I reached out to the host I received no response. The shower would back up every time and turn into a bath which was gross, there were no plungers or anything left to help ourselves since the host did not respond. To...

Obviously I saw in the pics that the shower and tub were in the open which I don't love, but I still booked it. The bigger problem is that the room is soooooo loud. We didn't sleep at all. You can hear every person come and go within the "hotel". And the main street is just below along with a bustling restaurant. We could...

"Super dejligt"

"Meget centralt i Como"

"수건 ㅈㅇ책이 2일에 한번 이라고 함. 1, 2일차는 새 수건이 준비되었는데 3일차는 새 수건이 없었음. 요즘 같은 여름에 문제가 있는 정책임. 다행히 연락하니 저녁에 갖다주었음. 버스, 페리, 기차역, 호수 다 가깝고 다른 건 다 좋음."

"Meget lækkert sted"

"We were made very welcome by Elisa and Stefania. Lovely, quiet place to stay with a lot of character. Easy to drive to the furniture fair and nearby villages and towns for sightseeing. Thank you for a fabulous stay and see you next time! "
