"Clean, well appointed, and a great location for what I enjoy (I spent several hours watching all the colorful sail boats and kite surfers in the bay). An actual walker’s paradise, that felt very safe and secure to me. It was a great choice for a relaxing, laid back, restful week in San Diego. Lots of local restaurants and markets to pack and take meals/snacks to the beaches or wherever the day may take you. "

Host was great providing specific instructions on how to locate the property as it could be challenging in the dark, Debra made it easy to find . Place was very comfortable would definitely book again if we are ever down that way again "

The location was perfect; it was perfectly nestled in a beautiful mountain type setting, offering a peaceful escape, yet it was still just a short drive to the beach, the best of both worlds Most importantly, the host was phenomenal, he was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. Planning another stay in November! Highly recommend!"

"Great little condo, short walk to restaurants, coffee, and the beach. Not as loud as staying on the strand. Very comfy bedrooms. Kitchen/living area is small but worked great for us. We also brought our 7# dog and the backyard was perfect for her. Excellent communication from Warren!"

"Nice spot about a mile from the beach. Roomy. Shower is very small though. Quiet neighbors. Several steps to get in unit. Gas BBQ worked great so does ice maker."

"The owners are very nice and helpful. The property feels a bit sterile and there’s security lights and video cameras outside all up the walkway and at the entrance. The bedding was very heavy sheets for the temperature, pillows were flat. It was an ok place to spend the night but I wouldn’t want to stay more than that. "
