Villa Rosa Tomas is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located within walking distance of the beautiful Santo Tomas beach. The location, on the main road in and out of the resort gives great access to the local shops, bars and restaurants. This one storey villa stands in a large garden with the pool at the rear of the villa. The villa is spacious inside and has an interesting circular dining room. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Rosa Tomas is situated on the main entrance/exit road of the resort of Santo Tomas. It's great location means that it is only moments away from the resort facilities and the beach with everything in close walking distance. Santo Tomas is a well-known family resort offering a lovely sandy beach skirted by a walk way that runs the length of the resort winding between trees, shrubs and rocky outcrops. This walkway and the main road also lend access to shops, bars and restaurants dotted throughout the area. The resort is backed by open countryside and offers some great walks and views. The beach splits naturally into different areas by rocky outcrops and offers some stunning sunsets.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
