"We booked an upgraded “Classic Double Room” to avoid cheaper rooms in the Separate Building Outside the Hotel. Upon arrival, our luggage was taken, which at first seemed like good service, but only because we had to walk 350 meters up and down steep terrain, past private houses unrelated to the hotel. Finding the way was so difficult that a staff member had to guide us – something they appeared to do for all guests.
At reception we asked if there was a mistake, but were told that other rooms...
"Pensione situata proprio sulla spiaggia di San Francesco, si accede alla spiaggia dal retro della struttura tramite un piccolo vialetto.
La struttura molto tranquilla e pulita, il personale davvero gentile.
Abbiamo usato la piscina esterna e siamo stati davvero bene, hanno anche una piscina interna magari da poter utilizzare nei periodi un po’ più freschi come maggio o settembre.
La colazione abbondante e ricca di varietà anche senza lattosio.

"Nice simple hotel that doesn't promise you more than you get. The breakfast it not the most exciting thing. The pool filtrering system is like many other places in Italy not up to date (i guess) so they make you ware a swimming cap in the pool. The staff in the reception was very nice and helpful 10🌟 service. You can walk to the nearby restaurants, but i am glad we had a car to explore the beautiful island og Ischia "
