Alpehytter i Eriz

"Both the room and bathroom was very clean, with a great view of the church and part of the lake. The receptionists were very helpful. Breakfast was fine, but lacking many options you would find at other hotels. The view during breakfast almost makes up for it, however."

"Super hyggeligt sted. Rigtig sød personale."

"Good location, the receptionist Moni was nice and helpfull. Nice rooms though we did not view to the valley and mountains. Good gym and average breakfast with limited services. SPA acces was excludeed and very expenssive around plus 60-70 CHF"

"Fedt sted med super bademulighed i Thunersee. Rolig og fin have, der er stille og rolig med liggestole og bar. Ok restaurant. Hjælpsomme og i mødekommende personale. Næsten alt er perfekt. Eneste mangler er : 1. Aircon når sommeren kommer (var der i juni, så det gik lige der) 2. Køleskab på værelset "

"Nice place, great view."

"Never paid so much for a hotel that had so less facilities. This place has not been maintained for a decade, it is almost abandoned. Outdoor, grass everywhere, the main strairs to the main door is ruined, no one has cleaned the chairs from old leaves. Indoors, the doors are not closing completely, walls are thin and you can hear everything happening on the floor. Breakfast is poor. For this 3 star hotel paying over 3000dkk per night is like being robbed."

We really appreciated their assistance. One piece of constructive feedback would be regarding the breakfast dress code. I believe the hotel should clearly communicate any strict dress code requirements during check-in or provide written instructions in the room, similar to the information provided for the spa. We...

"Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel! We travelled as part of a longer road trip and Waldhotel was one of our best stays! Very kind and service-minded staff who both adviced us regarding dining opportunities in the city and even pointed us in the direction of a vet that was open in the weekend when our dog got sick. The room was nice as well, old and classic and located in the most beautiful surroundings. Will definitely come back!"

"We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!"

"Hotellet var smukt og behageligt, og personalet var yderst hjælpsomme."
