"A group of friends and I were on a spring break trip out west and stayed in this amazing house. Everything was renovated and very nice and cleanly. The house had lots of rooms and beds to sleep everyone and had a bunch of cool retro game machines. The kitchen was very open and had lots of space for multiple people to use at the same time. The backyard has a nice deck and yard to utilize as well. The owner was very quick to respond when I had questions for him and was very willing and helpful....

"Rented the property so we had a place to stay while visiting my sister. It was clean cozy and close to downtown. They were able to accommodate our early check in with ease even though it was made last minute! Good open communication very friendly/welcoming. The property was perfect for what we needed. we wish we were able to use the fire pit and hot tub but due to the Denver weather it snowed quite a bit but it was a beautiful space."

"Place was great. Kinda a long walk to downtown but lots of restaurants and bars on the way to break it up or it’s a short scooter or Uber ride. Neighborhood is quite and safe with many conveniences nearby."

"This was our 2nd stay in this lovely duplex unit. The host had thought of everything to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is easily accessed, but enough off the main streets to be quiet. We really want to return in warmer months to enjoy the back yard!"

"Cute place! It’s a basement apartment with all you need to enjoy your stay. The bed is comfortable, tv works, we even had some complementary coffee. It is a simple place, but our plans were to be out and about for our stay, so it was perfect."

Nice common areas to cook, eat and hang out, but nice to have three separate bedroom/bathroom “wings” for some privacy when needed. Only issues were the dryer not working (and no sign telling us so) and the kitchen table extremely unstable. Easy fixes that would have made my review 5 stars!"

"Our party consisted of 7 adults and the size of the home was more than adequate to comfortable host us. The property manager was very helpful and communicative in the days leading up the trip, as well as, making sure things were good upon our arrival and settling in. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and provided easy access to the surrounding towns and highways. A nice bonus was the paved trail across the street which was convenient for a morning walk, run, or bike ride."

We were looking forward to enjoying coffee out on the back patio in the mornings, but there was not a coffee pot in the kitchen for our stay. If that’s important to you, you may want to confirm that they have one in there before your stay. The slats under the bed mattress moved, and made the bed feel not very sturdy. The apartment overall was very dark if you are someone who needs a lot of natural light. Even...

"This is one of the best bookings I've done on a BnB. This place was so well located within Denver - got to wherever I needed to be as quick as possible considering Denver traffic. The house was set up perfectly - the rooms were comfortable. The host even set up a great bottle of wine which left us feeling absolutely welcome. Definitely staying here again. A+++"
