This apartment is the attached front downstairs portion of a large house. The house is happily occupied by the hosts and their family and friendly dog. The unit is mostly quiet, but a small amount of noise does come through from upstairs.

There is a brand new all-in-one washer/dryer in the bedroom. Although very convenient as it can run the washer then dryer without removing the laundry, it does take longer than a typical washer and dryer and can be loud when trying to sleep. There is a white noise generator available and ear plugs are provided.
