"Our stay started out on a bad note, as the young lady who checked us in was not at all pleasant nor welcoming. Not even a smile….we were tired after a long drive and a pleasant welcome would have been appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was very nice, with many choices. All in all, a nice hotel, and we would stay again."

"Lady at the front desk was rude"

"The property was very nice and had adequate grass for my dog to use."

"Very clean"

"Very clean and convenient to restaurants in downtown Williamsburg."

"The lobby staff were all amazing and highly professional. They treated you like you were spending 5k a night. Definitely felt like they all enjoyed their job. Highly recommend this place. From service to the nice rooms we were pleasantly surprised and will stay again."

"Pleasant stay"

"A continental breakfast was available every morning including yoguart, bagels, cereal, juice, quiche. Staff were friendly and helpful days and evenings. Rooms are cleaned on the 3rd day. I understand they allow pets."

"Very close to Colonial Williamsburg (walking distance - great for a morning run with a historie backdrop). 1 min to visitor center. Quite a large hotel. Breakfast very basic, e.g. no scrambled eggs. "

"Rigtig fint sted til pengene, og vildt sødt personale. Vi prøvede også baren og havde en rigtig fin oplevelse. Alt i alt et godt ophold. Der var lidt beskidt på badeværelset og aircondition larmede, men ikke noget, man ikke kan leve med"

"Clean room and very quiet at night. Bed was a little hard for my wife’s tastes but everything else was great."
