It was ideally situated to visit sights such as Uppark, Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst, Pulborough and Chichester - all within ,30 minutes drive. "The bungalow was well appointed and clean. However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat . Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke. That flat should not be on your books."

"My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with. The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station. "wow what a lovely property in such lovely settings with friendly owners and there daughter who was there to see everything was fine. property is spacious with lovely views. so handy to visit many places due to the A3 which u can hear a bit if outside but nothing that spoils the beauty of the location. there lots of wildlife like deer and owl if your looking for tapas as a meal then faustinos in Midhurst was lovely and such a wide choice there's supermarket within 10min drive would so stay again...
