"We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

"This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. From towels to hair dryer to a wonderful bottle of wine, water, and many little touches you don't usually get in a rental. Charles was also very accommodating and even offered to let my dog...

"This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops."

"Easy check-in, spotless house, and close to the NY train. Erly is very friendly and responsive. We asked for extra towels, and he had the cleaning crew deliver them."

"So much space to hang out with our friends!"

"Bobby was a great host! Very responsive and always checking in to see if I needed anything. My only issue with this stay was the cleanliness of the house. The smell was odd when we arrived and the floors didn’t feel clean either. Also there were some bugs. Overall, though it was a good experience."

"people above us, low parking availability, shower nicd"

"Great place to stay! How was very accommodating!"

"The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Sherry was very helpful with any questions we had. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for our meals. Nice neighborhood of beautiful older homes. It was perfect for my wife and I and our grandson who was playing in a baseball tournament in the area. I would definitely recommend the apartment."

"Great accommodation. Comfortable beds. Powerful shower. Great travel links."

"Had a great stay communication with the host was perfect. Will definitely go back. Wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but the house is very clean and nice close to a lot of great restaurants."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The property is incredibly spacious and perfectly suited for large groups, easily allowing 10+ people to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and having a dedicated parking spot in such a prime location was a massive convenience. This stay truly offered the best value for the money spent. The host was also fantastic—exceptionally prompt with all communications and very accommodating. We will...

"Everything was excellent, host was polite and helpful, and I will never speak to any of my friends again. 5/5 this is a great property that exceeds expectations"
