Floor #1 - Bedroom #1 - has a king bed and a full private bath. There is also a game room located on this floor as well as another full bath and half bath.

Floor #2 - Oceanfront Bedroom #2: has a Queen bed with a full private bath, Oceanfront Bedroom #3: has a king bed with a full private bath, Oceanfront Bedroom #4: has a king bed witha full private Bath, Bedroom #5: has a queen bed with a private full bath, Bedroom #6 has a queen bed with a private full bath.

Floor #3 - Bedroom #7: has one double/twin bunk set, 1 Twin Bunk Set, and a private full bath. Oceanfront Bedroom #8: has a king bed and a private full bath. There is also a bonus room on this floor with additional queen bed, and another private full bath.

Take a dip in the 28' X 12' private saltwater swimming pool or relax in the private hot tub! Pool can be heated for $650/week + tax April - November; if temperature is below 55 degrees pool heat pump will not work. Use the private beach walkway to get down to the beach and soak up the sun! The game room is also the perfect place to use the pool table and have some fun! Stream, share or stay updated with High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the home! Watch the sunrise and sunset from covered and outdoor decks!

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
