"We enjoyed our short stay (4 nts) at this Emerald Isle Retreat. The location is great - walking distance to many restaurants and close to the bike trail. It's just a few minutes walk down the street (10 houses or so) to the neighborhood's private beach boardwalk. The neighborhood looks like most homes are owner-occupied, so the beach was not too crowded. The house was clean and neat, and it was more than sufficient for our stay. We did not cook in the kitchen or use the grill, but it seems...

The layout is nicely planned and each room has a large tv. The decks are very nice but we had several splinters! The kitchen is odd in that there is no space for food storage but we moved stuff around to make space for the food. There are 2 refrigerators and...

"We loved the location and the actual property for so many reasons! It was super clean, the king bed was amazing - best sleep on a vacation, front porch was so nice to sip and rock on the chairs in the morning and evening, good air flow for a summer beach house, all the things we needed to just live for a week there. House was super equipped. Most of all, the hosts were fantastic. Great communications and accommodations. Super responsive and understating when we accidentally broke a fridge...
