We had the half board, and really enjoyed our meals. We also booked the private onsen for a fee, which was nice. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants tro try a traditional japanese hot spring ryokan."

We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance.
