"Overall all was fine for a two night business stay. Quite nice small modern hotel. But the doors are not well isolated to the hallways and between rooms. I could hear everything from my neighbors and if someone was speaking normally in the hallway. When you have to get your sleep, it is not ideal"

"We stayed 8 days. the hotel was very neat, I had the deluxe room. room was very spacious and bathroom had a shower and bath. cleaning was done daily and also in the afternoon/evening as a 2nd service a check was done if anything was needed. hotel had 24/7 security and reception. from the hotel you could easily reach other places. we had taken breakfast and this was also diverse and well organized."

We spoke with the manager Saturday morning and were told that we needed to turn the water heater. When we checked, the switch was on, but both bathrooms did not have hot water. When we were leaving on Sunday, we expressed our concerns about the stay. We asked to contact the manager, but we were told that we needed to contact Expedia. We need some form of compensation....

The taxi driver took us to the wrong airport but with the hotels help he drove us to Al Maktoum but he drove off without payment as we had to go to arm and get cash.

"Vi havde penthouse på 52 sal med privat pool. Vi var der i januar måned. Der var desværre rimeligt koldt og det blæste en del da vi boede så højt oppe. Så det var ikke meget glæde vi fik af poolen. Der er kun mulighed for a/c uden varme så der var koldt over det hele. Men udover det var det rigtig lækkert og kæmpe stort. Det er et fint hotel om i er familie eller en flok venner. Der er flere restauranter på hotellet, bar og natklub. Personalet er rigtig søde. Rengøringen er også god. Vi holdt min søns fødselsdag der og fik dem til at pynte hele værelset og terrassen op. Der er ikke så meget at se lige rundt om hotellet så vær indstillet på at køre lidt. Men kan klart anbefales."
