"The hotel was undergoing some renovations. The TVs were not working on either night of my stay. If the TVs had been Smart TVs connected to the internet, the issue could have been avoided. It's difficult to say what the rating would be after the renovations."

"The room and the hotel was great. It was like staying in a hotel in the 1800s but with modern comforts. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was nice. There were some homeless in the area and one of them was getting aggressive with us. Thankfully there were cops walking around and they came to our aid. So thankful for that."

"Very satisfied with this property. Well maintained and clean. Personable staff. Shared bathrooms impressively clean. Shared kitchen areas are well maintained with free coffee in the morning. Guest rooms have huge windows, TV, cable, internet. Its a simple, comfortable and safe place to stay and at a fraction of the price of other hotels further away from downtown."

"I have stayed here 3 times over several years, and this will be last time i stay here. It has gone downhill so much. The homeless hang out on the front lobby and all around the building. Only door that works is the front door. Elevator is barely working and was even shut down at one point. Breakfast EVERY morning for a week was eggs and sausage links.
