"Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."

"The doors have broken glass in them very dark entryway and parking. As a solo traveler this did not feel safe. There was clothing and debris in the hallways outside of the elevator. The rooms smell bad and were very dated. The only thing going for it was the bedding and the beds were comfortable. Other than that I didn't feel safe enough to stay through the duration of my booking."

"If I could give this hotel a rating of "minus 10", I would. It was the dirtiest/smelliest place I have ever stayed. The bed was made with 1 fitted sheet and 1 top sheet only. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom....no bathmat and no hand towels or face towels. If we could have left, we would have but there was nowhere else to go. "Fresh breakfast, seemed to be same thing the 5 days, except the meat option changed we were there. Hot tub seemed was hot, but think the timer was broke with the 15 minute time limit. Was a little slow to refresh our room, was later in the afternoon after 4 pm. Overall good experience. Excellent staff, would recommend to others. Only downside was the homeless in the back of hotel, begging for cigarettes"
