Unfortunately you can't count on that with this host, even though we found a bed that had partially collapsed through the floorboards. We were willing to overlook: that the dishes were so dusty we had to wash them before using, that the shower was just a strong trickle, that there were moldy spots on the walls near the ceiling...

"The property was even better than we imagined. Lovely surroundings helped out by plenty of rain that left the property lush green and the wildflowers on the way down were amazing. Very comfortable and a kitchen that was well appointed and much better utensils and cookware than most rental properties.
