"Absolutely awesome location. Had everything we needed and the backyard right on the river with the fire pit was a huge bonus. They provided all the wood needed to have the best fires. Incredible and relaxing. A stone through from so many awesome Shenandoah National forest trails too. Great access to gas/groceries less than 3miles away of need. This place is a lovely gem!!! "Great location and nice house. A bit buggy outside which kind of dampened our outdoor time. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit or grill. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. It's also very close to town for quick trips to town. Lots of room for my pup to roam too.The host was very responsive and nice. We had a little snag with the entry code but it was quickly remedied with a phone call."

"The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too.
