"Loved our stay at the farmhouse! We had more than enough dishes and cookware for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. We were all fast asleep as soon as we hit the pillows. It was nice to be back in a farmhouse and you can see they took care to show the history and labor of love the home was. There were little things here and there that reminded me of my grandparents farmhouse and it was nice to reminisce."

"We absolutely loved this little cabin style home! It was the perfect fit for our weekend getaway with friends. There is a really beautiful back yard, we saw deer wander through one morning, and the area was really quiet and peaceful.There are three bedrooms, each with very comfortable mattresses. (Two rooms had a queen bed in each and one room had a king size bed)We appreciated the open area to gather in during our stay. The kitchen/living room open space was nice to hang out in. All of the little touches made our stay just perfect, such as having great linens, snacks, coffee, working appliances and easy access in and out of the home and the driveway. "We have a family get together every Labor Day in PDC. As our family grew we needed a larger place and The Becwar House at the Mississippi River has exceeded our needs and expectations. "This unique place has it all: charm, class, comfort, beauty, and fun. When you first walk in, you are greeted with a gorgeous staircase leading to most of the rooms. Our room was spacious, with a luxurious bathroom. The gourmet kitchen is equipped for anything and everything with seating for eight. The adjoining dining room has a large table with additional seating and windows lining two walls. And clean! This VRBO was impressively clean! I have to say the jail was a little eery after dark, but...
