"The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 3. Our contact was courteous. The house location was great for Bell Smith Spring Trails. It’s not too far from the Garden of the rocks and the Rim Rock Trail. There was a small restaurant nearby in case travelers don’t want to cook. "

"I found this place to celebrate my birthday, and it has been the best experience, a wonderful river view. The cabin is perfect for couples, the jacuzzi works great and the fireplace is a spectacular complement. You can easily find wood for the campfire. We're definitely going back to that same cabin. "

"We specifically were looking for a place with a kitchen so we could cook. This has a kitchen, but it was almost non-functional. No knives, no hot mitts, no cutting board, nothing to bake with. We improvised,but then the oven got stuck on 500 degrees/broil and wouldn't turn off. No one was on site that evening, and it took about 2 hours until our messages and phone calls were noticed. "Stellar property at that price point. Only things lacking were pots and pans to cook (we donated a set upon leaving), and furniture. A couch or two would be appropriate. Very nice kitchen, shame it was limited in use."
