"Unit was nice. Well equipped kitchen. Board games were a fun touch. Very close access to communal pool, hot tub, ping pong, etc. which my kids and I enjoyed. Easy parking. Perfect location. Very close to the few restaurants in the area, Fred's Mercantile (where we rented our equipment, got snacks, etc.) and the overflow lot and shuttle (necessary on Sat/Sun if you're not an early riser). Very nice stay."

"It was just what I needed. Beautiful scenery. Workout room, indoor swimming pool. I was there to do some writing and it was perfect. I had everything I needed and very quiet."

"Last minute booking for July 4th weekend. Booked through Vrbo. Reasonable price. Great location. Very compact chalet, but efficient layout. Very clean. Didn’t care for the bed “cubicle.” Difficult for person sleeping on the inside (wall) to get out once you’re in bed. Also, rather thin walls. Could hear the people snoring in the next unit, and people walking in unit above. Got to enjoy fireworks shows over both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain just down the hill. Would gladly stay again. "I came here as a Lees-McRae alumni along with 3 other alumni friends for a weekend event. We really enjoyed being in this condo. It was clean and stocked with snacks and coffee for us. It was very spacious with great amenities. It was awesome to be in walking distance from downtown BE. Also not having any stairs was so nice! The condo check in and out process is also very simple and not hard at all! Lillian was a great host who was looking out for us upon our arrival. Overall it was a lovely...
