"The overall experience was pretty good. If booking just be mindful that the property is in a not as safe area of the neighborhood. Also a thing to keep in mind that it’s a shared property so getting hot tub time might be a challenge if there’s others on the property, and if you have mobility issues with stairs they are super steep just keep that in mind! Over all communication was great! "

"Great place. Parking is a little tough if you have a crew cab long box truck but we made it work. Comfy house, neighborhood was quiet. Easy access in the house. The only thing i could really recommend would be for the host to add a folder/binder containing wifi password and what to do with bedding, towels, and trash when we leave. "We stay at the Cozy Cottage every Christmas while visiting family. It has everything you need and enough space for 8 of us to not feel like we are in each other’s way. "

"This was by far a fantastic find!! The house was extremely clean, drawers and cupboards were well labeled making everything easy to find, bedrooms were super spacious, hot tub was amazing and easy to use, fire pit area was well laid out and very relaxing. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. Check in process was clear and extremely helpful! The house is on a quiet street but a short drive to almost everything. "Hot tub and fenced yard were great! Small house but kitchen and bathroom redone nicely. Not the best street but off street parking is great. Bed in main room is a little creaky and hard, but other bed is very comfy! Overall a great stay! "
