"The home is beautiful and the views are amazing! We had a group of 12 and everyone had their own bedroom with a private bath. We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving dinner together all seated around the large dining table. The butler pantry with additional oven, sink, etc. was a huge help. It was a great spot to play games as well. Mark was very helpful and responded quickly as was Joe, the ranch hand. We would definitely stay here again."

"Host was extremely welcoming and helpful. Great communication especially when there was internet glitch with the internet provider (so not issue of host). They went above and beyond to make sure we had a place for us to watch/stream the Packers game on Thanksgiving and issue was fixed by Friday morning. "What an absolute amazing stay at this beautiful Resort. We stayed during a snow storm and there is no better place be. It was warm, peaceful , clean and very relaxing and romantic Alfredo and Romona were very kind and hospitable. The fire place was a lovely touch and the hot tub inside was very romantic . "Marie at front desk worked hard to fight computer problems that were plaguing the area. Pool was biggest in a hotel I have seen. And it was warm too. Hot tub was great. Easy access to downtown Galena. Clean hallways, room and good breakfast. "
