"The hotel was overall a great place to rest. I liked that there was a 24-hour gym because I would usually stretch or do cardio before going to sleep."

"Terrible place period. Add $20 and stay somewhere else. This place is terrible and shady. The room I got was stinky with the cigarette smell and other smells. The carpet in the room is almost black that I couldn’t take my shoes off. The toilet for someone reason is small and low to the ground that looks like kids toilet. I didn’t take shower at this place cuz I didn’t feel comfortable with cleanliness. It was one night cuz my flight got cancelled but I regretted. I slept like an hour and a half...

"When we arrive, they couldn’t find the second room I booked and then I asked the book another room. They told me the must book for two days consecutive or they wouldn’t book it for us. After deciding we share a room with the four of us they call back we could have another room for an extra $60 American. I thought I called expedia.ca for help useless finally I rechecked my emails and found both of the rooms out. No apology."

"Great place to stay, unfortunately my room was leaking water on to the carpet which made the room humid and smell, didn’t get worse until the second day but rooms were all booked. Thankfully I was able to get a new room on my last day. Overall great hotel, great price. Breakfast was good!"

"The hotel was very relaxing and and beautiful. As a suggestion I believe they should include a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was pretty costly so I just didn't eat breakfast that day. Overall nice hotel."

"Hotel was ok, but I had room 219 next to the elevator on second floor where I experinced a lot of "on and off" noise coming from an electrical motor/compressor or the like from a kind of service room next door. That room should not be rented. "

"I had an unusual situation where I started choking in the restaurant and staff had full attention to me to make sure I was ok. Also gave extra water to go. As a whole a fantastic hotel, has everything you need. Great restaurant and room service. The room layout is really exceptional and comfortable.
