"I have been going to Eleuthera for over 20 years. Every home is different and being on a remote island has its challenges for property owners. This home sits on a great beach with plenty of privacy. It was very clean and the check in process was super easy. Some items are worn, but everything works. The bed in the blue bedroom sways and is super soft (the only negative). Awesome view and nice location."

"The property was nice, quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoy the tranquility of the property. My only concern is the area gets dark if you’re alone but the island I extremely safe. I would book again with a few friends. "

"Privacy, beauty, setting and every possible convenience in a vacation rental on one of the out islands. Top appliances, comfortable furniture, spectacular setting on a near private beach of miles. And to make things best, a wonderful local manager—responsive, knowledgeable,etc. Could not have been more pleased! Compliments to the owners for their thoughtful furnishing and accommodations. A minor point would be the need to replace the beach chairs, but the many patio chairs and tables and lounges...

The host (Pascale) was great to work with and provided excellent recommendations for us to help us plan our stay and was quick to reply to any questions throughout. The housekeeper (Olga) was invaluable in allowing us to disconnect as she came daily to refresh the house and even lended a hand with our laundry. Thanks to the onsite generator, even with a spotty island power grid the AC stayed cold, the showers hot, and the TV on to...

Didn’t need the AC because the breeze and the fans were enough. The paddle board was nice to have and we used it several times. Great spot on the island. This was our third time in Eleuthera and our favorite spot. Can’t beat Ten Bay."

"Well located on the center of the island, 8 min walk to a quiet beach. Super clean apartment, friendly owner. We appreciated the beach chairs we could take along with us. The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. No direct ocean view from our apartment."

"The house was very well appointed and well thought out design on a beautiful oceanside with excellent snorkeling right out front. The check-in process could not have been better. We were met at the airport, brought to the ferry, picked up right away by the property manager with golf cart waiting and brought to the home with no delay. Checkout was just as smooth. The islands of Russell and Spanish wells were stunning and we cannot wait to come back!"

"We had a very nice and the weather was great. Sea Sea Villa had everything a person could need in a home in Spanish Wells. Sherwin was great from the start to the end. Taking care of minor problems quickly. The location to the beach was very convenient. I only wish we would have had a better way to get the kayak to the beach."

Only a four minute drive from Rainbow Bay Beach and 15 minutes from receivers beach with several good restaurants and grocery stores in the area if you don't want to venture out far. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. It was excellent all around and Gil was a great host."

"The water was beautiful and we really enjoyed the beach at rainbow bay. It’s challenging to get around the settlements because there are very few street signs or signage on businesses. Don’t be afraid to ask around for what you what. We found it to be the easiest."
