As long as you are prepared for roosters crowing in the early morning (which is everywhere on the island, not just here), and have earplugs, you will love it here!"

"I had a great relaxing week at Governor's Harbor...the cottage was perfect (including a supporting bed). John, the owner/host was always available when needed and always helpful. I got in a routine....coffee, news and a book early morning, then off to find a beach to snorkel and walk at...then find a beach lunch and then siesta...around 5 or 6 I would walk down to Twin Cove for an evening dip in the crystal clear Atlantic...then a lite dinner and people watching...repeat for 7 days. I came back...

"The cottage was perfect, everything I needed and a great location. A 5 min drive to Twin Coves Beach which was my favorite beach. I snorkeled there everyday. Governor's Harbour is a great central location on the island. Theresa was lovely host and I enjoyed our conversations. Can't wait to go back!"

"The location was perfect for the Independence Day celebration. We were able to walk right to the beach in about 3 minutes. The bathrooms and house were very clean. However, the cookware was old and worn out. Scott the property manager was fantastic. There was a thunderstorm and the TV and Internet blew out but he was there right away and replaced it with a brand new TV."

"Everything is perfect about this property. The drinking water available is so lovely and means we don’t have to buy a ton of plastic bottles. It’s one of the reasons we chose this place. The house is so charming and cozy. The swimming here is ideal. Calm beautiful clear waters. This is the place to relax for sure however there is some adventure around you if that’s what you’re looking for. Mike was very communicative and helped us anytime we needed something. I will definitely be coming back...
