"Asked for a very silent room when I booked which was confirmed. At check in I pointed it out, and they confirmed again, and they placed me in a room next to the runway and would not move to a similar room away from the runway. Worn out, my curtains could not open. Switches for lights seem to be placed randomly so switching off light is a kind of quizz. Restaurant so-so breakfast the same. But staff in the bar were fine. Will probably not come back"

"First time staying there and was very unpleasant. The shower area was choked so having a shower was trouble. The toilets were not cleaned properly. The bedsheets had dirty stains. Bedside sockets did not work. Over all bad experience"

"Nice hotel closed to the airport. Great food at the restaurant. Internet somewhat unstable. AC not able to be adjusted below 20 degrees, which I find ridiculous because one should adjust his/her room temperature as he or she feels."

"Personalet fremstår ikke kvalificerede. Laver gentagne fejl. Decideret ulækkert at have en buffet uden en eneste håndsprit sat frem til benyttelse. "

"We had the best stay here- we regretted not staying for longer. We arrived 8.30am and Ammar at reception gave us an early check-in free of charge which was the best start for our mini moon. The complimentary treats were wonderful and made us feel at home. The Spa treatment was one of the best ever had - we had the best sleep ever after a long flight. The breakfast was phenomenal - especially the ghee roast dosa and vada, sambar and chutneys. We wish we could have stayed for longer."
