Our family is growing, and it was wonderful to have plenty of beds, a large living area, a modern kitchen, and plenty of room for dining. There is also plenty of room to park. This is an amazing place for large gatherings! We have already booked our next stay here!"

"Lakefront Guest house was exactly what we needed for the family wedding weekend that we attended in Windthorst, TX. We were very limited in our choices of rentals since we had two dogs, a cat and 5 adults (3 young adults kids). Kazi was kind enough to allow our three furry family members to stay with us. The layout of the house was perfect with three bedroom and three full bathrooms. The only tiny issue we had was I am very short (5'11 3/4") and I was unable to see in the bathroom mirrors......

"We were in town for an Air Force Jet Pilot Pinning, so we were not in the house for a long period of time, but everything was super clean and ample supplies were available. We truly appreciated the ability to bring our dog. It’s a great house and had a great yard. We would use it again if we returned."

"The property was really clean and centrally located. It is an older home in an older neighborhood. The ac/heater, internet, water pressure and temperature were great. Did not use the kitchen. We fit 2 trucks and a medium size suv in the driveway. Would not recommend parking on the street. Too narrow and by a curve. Back yard is fenced (part privacy, rest chainlink) definitely kept our dog in. The cons were the grass needed mowed as it was tall for our dog and we had trouble with the key pad. The...

"An old house that's seen better days (some things are a bit "wonky" and electrical sockets are at a minimum), but it's very clean and serviceable. Valentina has added numerous nice touches and there is a very nice washer/dryer. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, and the appliances are in great condition. The location is within easy reach of all things in Wichita Falls. Thanks, Valentina for your hospitality and responsiveness when we had questions!"

The kitchen was great for the large amount of baking I did while there. I would definitely stay here again and Shannon was a great host!"
