"Great stay"

"We were in room 326 facing the marina with a balcony; it was fun to watch the people and boats come and go. Didn't use the pool nor had breakfast. Issue at check-in that was quickly resolved and the staff was great. Room was very clean but time for Springhill Suites to do some minor repairs in the room. Very quiet, didn't hear other people while trying to sleep. Room nice and large."

"Property is super close to outlet mall. Breakfast choices were great. The staff was very helpful with info about local events."

"Not a bad stay but probably the worst holiday inn express ive stayed in. Only one key card card would work at a time, reprogrammed several timea and even gave us two new ones and still only one worked. Elevators sounds horrible and jerked you around like a roller coaster. Breakfast was the worst of any holiday inn ive stayed at. Pancakes were barely done and not much offered to eat. Also ive stayed where you have to turn the water all the way to cold to gwt hot water, we also ran out soap...
