Villaer i El Rourell

"Lovely villa with all the appliances you require, very clean and modern. We were let down by the fact that it wasn’t equipped to sleep 10 people.We had to put 3 toddlers in one room and our 13 year old had to sleep in the room with her parents, which wasn't ideal.Also there was a lack of information ie taxi numbers, supermarkets etc Our electricity went off and after a few messages I eventually got in touch with someone and an electrician was quick to appear and sort the problem. "La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites...

"Wir waren 11 Personen, Familie mit Erwachsenen. Zum Check In muss man mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten in einen anderen Ort fahren. Wenn man dort nicht rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommt, kann es Wartezeit geben, da nur ein Mitarbeiter. Von allen Schäden gibt es Fotos. Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir in jedem Badezimmer Probleme mit Toilette, Toilettenspülung und Duschen. 3 Tage hatten wir mit Handwerkern zu tun, was unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet hat. In der Whirlpool Badewanne und in anderen Badewannen...

"Pros: We had a fantastic stay here and would absolutely come back. We were a group of 6 and the house was perfect for us — spacious, very comfortable, and spotless clean when we arrived. The outdoor area was amazing: great pool, BBQ area, and even a ping pong table which we all enjoyed a lot. The host was incredibly thoughtful and kind; knowing we were traveling with kids, he even brought toys for them, which was such a nice touch and really appreciated. Overall, a beautiful house, very well...

"Zona tranquila Lamentablemente los vecinos utilizan el parque junto a la casa de pipi-can, esto genera malos olores en alguna ocasión. Pero ya sería función del ayuntamiento corregirlo."

"Wij zijn zeer goed ontvangen; het contact via de app verliep prettig en vlot. In overleg met de eigenaren mochten wij de woning eerder betreden dan oorspronkelijk gepland. Uiteindelijk werd onze aankomst alsnog later dan voorzien, maar dit was geen enkel probleem. De woning beschikt over twee keukens, beide voorzien van vaatwassers, ovens en diverse keukengerei. Daarnaast is er een Nespresso-apparaat beschikbaar voor gebruik."

"Eingangsbereich mit kaputten Fliesen versehen. Dreckige Küche inkl. dreckigen Geschirr. Kein Licht im Flur (Treppenaufgang). Terrassentür, das Gitter sowie der Rollo war nicht funktionsfähig. Bei Ankunft waren keine Liegen vorhanden, die uns aber nach einer Woche nachgeliefert wurden. Die Couch und die Betten waren dreckig und durchgelegen. Fliegengitter waren teilweise kaputt. Diese Unterkunft können wir leider nicht empfehlen. "
